Callbreak is simple to play. A deck of 52 cards is randomly dealt among 4 players. Based on their hand and strategy, each player bids from 1 to 8 tricks. Players follow suit rules when playing cards, and the highest card wins the trick.

Each player aims to win the exact number of tricks they bid. Falling short results in a penalty score. This continues for 5 rounds, and the player with the highest total score wins the game.
