Application Description

CitNOW Bodyshop, part of CitNOW's suite of automotive video applications, streamlines the vehicle damage assessment process. It leverages video and still images to meticulously document collision damage and pre-existing damage, including smart repairs or retail work. This comprehensive record is easily shared with insurers and vehicle owners via the app for swift approval.

The intuitive interface allows assessors to seamlessly mark and capture high-resolution still images during video recording without interruption. Post-recording, additional high-resolution photos can be added, all linked to the same video for a complete record. Recipient details are easily entered, triggering email or text notifications with a shortened web address to a mobile-friendly webpage for instant review and approval, saving both time and money.

CitNOW Bodyshop accelerates the approval process, boosting profitability through increased retail upselling and providing an irrefutable record of vehicle condition. It's approved for use by major insurers such as Admiral and Aviva.
