Application Description

Back Alley, also known as Back Alley Bridge, is a captivating card game that traces its roots back to the military, likely emerging during World War II. This game, which shares similarities with bridge and spades, revolves around the art of trick-taking and strategic point scoring. The essence of Back Alley lies in accurately predicting the number of tricks you will win in each round. The more precise your predictions, without overestimating, the higher your score will climb.

The gameplay begins modestly, with one card dealt in doubles play and two cards in singles play. As the game progresses, the number of cards dealt increases by one each round, peaking at 13 cards, before decreasing back to the initial number of cards dealt at the start. The ultimate goal is to amass the highest score by the end of the game. For those eager to delve deeper into the rules, downloading the app or visiting the support URL on my website is highly recommended.

Back Alley offers versatility with two distinct versions: a doubles version accommodating four players divided into two teams of two, and a singles version designed for three players. A convenient feature of the game is the ability to save your progress at the end of a deal, allowing you to resume your game later.
