🎭 Why It Matters
DOT'S HOME isn’t just a game — it’s a reckoning. With this update, the Rise-Home Stories Project reaffirms its mission: to center Black lived experience, challenge dominant narratives about home and belonging, and invite players to ask:
"What does it mean to have a home when systems are built to deny it?"
By navigating the layered truths of her family’s history, players don’t just play the past — they feel its weight, honor its resistance, and carry its wisdom forward.
