- In-app delivery is currently available at 450 restaurants. We plan to expand our delivery network in early 2022, so stay tuned. Pickup is available at over 850 restaurants nationwide.

Depending on your local KFC, you can choose to collect your order at the front counter, via the Drive-Thru, or through Curbside service where available.
- Contactless payment: For a faster, safer experience for you and our team, we encourage paying online.
- When you arrive to collect your food, complete the "check-in" request on your phone so we can prepare your meal hot and fresh.
- Show your order number at the pickup counter or drive-thru window to receive your order.
- Simply create an account to browse the KFC menu for delivery or pickup. You'll be enjoying our Original Recipe chicken in no time and unlocking online-exclusive deals only available through the KFC Hook-App South Africa.
- Curbside collection: Order online, park in a dedicated bay at the restaurant, and we'll bring your KFC order straight to your car. Available at over 50 locations.
