Discover the seamless connectivity and enhanced control over your Mitsubishi vehicle with Mitsubishi Connect. This innovative suite of services is designed to elevate your driving experience, ensuring safety, security, and convenience at every turn. By using the My Mitsubishi Connect Mobile Application, you can effortlessly register and tap into a variety of Mitsubishi Connect services. These include sending remote commands to your vehicle such as starting the engine remotely, locking or unlocking the doors, activating the horn and lights, scheduling dealer services, locating your car with ease, and even setting up parental controls. For owners of Plug-In Hybrid Electric Vehicles, additional features allow you to monitor charging status, manage charging schedules, and adjust settings to fit your lifestyle. The app also provides a user-friendly interface to manage your account settings and notifications, and it offers direct access to Customer Care for any inquiries regarding the Mitsubishi Connect Safeguard and Remote Service Packages.

The Mitsubishi Connect services are available on the following models:

  • Select 2018 model year or newer Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross
  • Select 2022 model year or newer Mitsubishi Outlander
  • Select 2023 model year or newer Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV

*Note: To utilize the full range of Mitsubishi Connect features through the app, an active subscription and a Mitsubishi vehicle equipped with a Telematics Control Unit are required. Service availability is also dependent on cellular network coverage and limitations.
