May 2025 PlayStation Plus Game Catalog Revealed

Author : Sebastian May 25,2025

Sony has unveiled an exciting lineup of games for the PlayStation Plus Game Catalog in May 2025, catering to a wide array of gaming preferences. The announcement was made through a detailed PlayStation.Blog post, showcasing the addition of six new titles for PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium subscribers, set to be available starting May 20, 2025.

Subscribers to the Extra tier will have access to an impressive selection of nine new games. Leading the pack is Sand Land, an action RPG based on the acclaimed manga by Akira Toriyama, available on both PS4 and PS5. Other notable additions include Five Nights at Freddy’s: Help Wanted – Full Time Edition and the comprehensive S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Legends of the Zone Trilogy. The latter has been enhanced for PS5, and GSC Game World has announced that those who already own the original trilogy on console will receive the Enhanced Edition at no extra cost. However, it remains uncertain whether this benefit extends to PlayStation Plus subscribers.

For PlayStation Plus Premium members, there's an exclusive addition with Battle Engine Aquila, a sci-fi action game where players command a versatile war vehicle capable of engaging enemies in both aerial and ground combat. This title will be accessible on both PS4 and PS5.
