Rebellion's eagerly awaited survival adventure game, Atomfall, is shaping up to be a highlight of 2025. If you're itching to dive in early, here's everything you need to know about getting a head start.

In the gaming world, Early Access periods have become increasingly popular, offering players a sneak peek before the official launch. Atomfall is no exception, allowing eager fans to jump in up to three days early. While the standard edition of Atomfall hits the shelves on Thursday, March 27th, those who pre-order the Digital Deluxe or the PC-exclusive Quarantine Edition can start playing as early as Monday, March 24th.

Unfortunately, Xbox Game Pass subscribers won't be able to access the game early. Historically, Microsoft has allowed Game Pass members to upgrade to a Digital Deluxe Edition for early access with titles like Starfield, Indiana Jones and the Great Circle, and Avowed. However, this option doesn't seem to be available for Atomfall.

What Time Does Atomfall Come Out? Answered

As of now, no official release time has been set for Atomfall. However, the Microsoft Store suggests a launch at 10am Eastern Time on March 24th for those with early access. Attempting to change your region or language settings won't alter this time, indicating that the "New Zealand trick" won't work for this game. Keep in mind, this information is tentative and will be updated as soon as Rebellion provides more definitive details on the release schedule.

Atomfall will be available on PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and Xbox Game Pass, with the standard edition launching on March 27th.
