Navigating the Kentucky BioTech Facility

The mission begins with Case and Marshall navigating a toxic gas-filled facility, necessitating gas masks. An elevator malfunction and subsequent gas mask breakage trigger hallucinations, temporarily suspending player control.

After regaining control, locate a red-lit locked door. Use a hatchet found on a mannequin to break it open. Proceed through the hallway, up the stairs, and to the central elevator.

Activating the elevator transforms mannequins into zombies. Eliminate them with your hatchet. A phone call at the circular desk directs you to the biotechnology room, requiring four director's cards (Red, Green, Blue, Yellow). You'll initially receive a map to the Yellow card.

Acquiring the Yellow Card and Grappling Hook

From the security console, follow the map to a yellow staircase. Solve the computer puzzle in the Director's office (answers: "Access" and "Lift"). More zombies await in the A.C.R. room.

After eliminating them, a mannequin holding the Yellow card transforms into an abomination. Before engaging, gather armor plates, weapons, and crucially, the grappling hook.

Use explosives (C4 or grenades) to efficiently defeat the abomination and its zombie horde. Retrieve the Yellow Card.

Obtaining the Green Card

Use the grappling hook to return to the main facility. Next, acquire the Green Card from the Administration Facility. Grapple to the Administration Facility from the security desk. Answer the ringing phone.

Find and place four documents in the file display area. Manequins will pursue; quickly locate the documents (one on a corner desk, one near a round table, one on a small central table, and one in the cafe). Defeat the resulting Mangler Zombie to obtain the Green Card.

Securing the Blue and Red Cards

Grapple across to the Joint Projects Facility. Answer the phone and locate the Blue Card within the glass chamber. Defeat the Mimic that appears.

To lure the Mimic, shoot moving objects. Retrieve the Blue Card.

Proceed to the East Wing, following the red carpets to a room with water and a console. Use the grappling hook to reach the Red Card, guarded by a Mangler. Swim through the red tunnel, climb the ladders, and eliminate the zombies.

Unlock the door using the blacklight code and drain the water within 25 seconds by activating three switches. Defeat the Mangler and its horde to get the Red Card.

Confronting the Disciple

Insert all four cards into the security desk. Take the elevator to the top floor and answer the red phone. Fight the zombies and the Disciple in the BioTech room. The subsequent cinematic reveals the events were a hallucination.
