CHASERS: Beginner's Guide to Mastering Gameplay Mechanics Without Gacha Hacks

Author : Natalie Apr 06,2025

Welcome to CHASERS: No Gacha Hack & Slash, an exhilarating, skill-based hack & slash action game where the thrill of combat takes center stage. Set in a universe ravaged by perpetual conflict, you take on the role of elite warriors, the Chasers, dedicated to vanquishing the corrupted entities that threaten the harmony of the realms. Here, every character, weapon, and upgrade is earned through skillful gameplay, not through pay-to-win mechanics. This beginner's guide is designed to demystify the core gameplay mechanics and game modes, helping new players to accelerate their progress. Let's dive in!

Understanding the Gameplay Mechanics of CHASERS

CHASERS: No Gacha Hack & Slash is an enthralling action RPG that immerses players in a 3D simulated environment filled with intense, fast-paced combat. You'll have access to a wide array of characters, officially termed "Chasers." As there's no gacha system, you unlock more Chasers as you advance in the game. The combat mechanics are akin to those found in modern ARPGs, with unique twists in ability executions. During battles, you'll notice two critical bars at the screen's bottom: the HP (Health Points) bar and the Energy bar. Your HP indicates your current health; if it drops to zero, your Chaser is defeated and out of the fight.

The Energy bar represents your current energy level, which is consumed by your Chasers to activate their abilities. This energy replenishes over time or can be quickly restored using Energy drones scattered throughout dungeons. For controls, a virtual movement wheel guides your Chasers' movements on mobile devices. If you're playing on a PC with BlueStacks, you can leverage keyboard and mouse controls for a more efficient gameplay experience. A standout feature is the "Elphis" magic mechanic, which allows Chasers to unleash all their abilities without consuming any Energy. Consider this your turbo mode, perfect for executing devastating damage combos and wiping out foes. When your Elphis bar is full, it glows blue, signaling it's ready for activation.

Each Chaser comes equipped with unique active abilities that can turn the tide of battle. These abilities have cooldowns, preventing immediate reuse. The ultimate ability, the most potent in a Chaser's arsenal, charges over time as they deal and receive damage, glowing once fully charged and ready to unleash.

Crafting your Team Formation in CHASERS

Strategic team formation plays a crucial role in CHASERS: No Gacha Hack & Slash. You can deploy up to three unique Chasers in battles. Choose them manually or let the AI (Artificial Intelligence) automatically fill the slots with the strongest Chasers based on their power level. A distinctive feature of the combat system is the ability to switch between Chasers seamlessly with a single button press. All your deployed Chasers are visible on the right-hand side of the screen for easy access.

To enhance your Chasers, utilize accumulated Gold and experience materials of varying rarities. Leveling up directly boosts their base stats like Attack, Defense, and Health. Each Chaser can reach a certain level cap, beyond which they must be advanced to further increase their potential.

Skill enhancement involves using Rusty Bolt of Wave and Battle Data of different qualities to improve your Chasers' active and passive abilities. This not only increases the damage multiplier of skills but also reduces their cooldown periods, making your Chasers more formidable in combat.

The Breakthrough process requires duplicate copies of the same Chaser, which can be purchased from the shop using premium currency. Each duplicate enables you to break through, enhancing current abilities, boosting stats, or unlocking new abilities. Chasers can undergo this process up to six times, significantly amplifying their power.

For an optimal gaming experience, consider playing CHASERS: No Gacha Hack & Slash on a larger screen using your PC or laptop with BlueStacks, complemented by the precision of a keyboard and mouse.
