Complete Hollow Era Hollow Guide – Full Progression

Right from the Bleach universe, the Hollow Era Roblox megahit lets you play as a Shinigami (Soul Reaper) or a Hollow (Arrancar/Espada). This guide focuses on the Hollow path, providing a complete progression walkthrough.

Becoming a Hollow in Hollow Era

You begin as a Soul Spirit. Choose to become a Shinigami or a Hollow. To become a Hollow, break the links on your chain. A link breaks automatically every two minutes, so even inaction eventually leads to Hollow transformation.

Warning: While Hollows are visually cooler, progressing as one requires significant grinding and repetitive kills. Reaching Vasto Lorde or Espada demands considerable time and effort.

Hollow Progression in Hollow Era

Evolve into a Gillian by killing and consuming other Hollows. Reach level 15 to become a Gillian. At level 10, access the Garganta to Hueco Mundo for easier Hollow hunting. Remember, Hollows are attacked by both Shinigami and other Hollows, unlike Shinigami. (See our separate Shinigami progression guide for details).

Gillian Form in Hollow Era

As a Gillian, continue eliminating Hollows and interacting with Hollow Pillars in Hueco Mundo. Collect enough Progression Points to be teleported to your inner world, where you must defeat five Hollows three times to become an Adjucha.

Inner world Hollows are tougher than regular ones, but death doesn't prevent repetition.

From here, choose the Vasto Lorde or Arrancar path.

Arrancar Progression

Interact with a Crystal Bush (spawning every 30-60 minutes in Hueco Mundo) to become an Arrancar. Use a keybind to travel to Hueco Mundo. (See the list of Arrancar Resurrecciones in Hollow Era).

At level 50, pursue your Resurrección (more on that later). Currently, Arrancars use Kendo skills.

Vasto Lorde Progression

To become a Vasto Lorde, continue accumulating Progression Points by eliminating and consuming Hollows. Death results in a 1% loss of Progression Points. 800 Progression Points are needed (points awarded per kill: Hollow-1, Gillian-6, Adjucha-4, Vasto Lorde-8, Arrancar-8, Espada-10). Many players remain stuck as Adjucha due to the extensive grind.

Vasto Lorde Form in Hollow Era

Becoming a Vasto Lorde requires 800 Progression Points and all Hollow Items (with random drop chances). Here's a list of Hollow Items and their sources:

• Hollows: Back Fins (Epic, 5% drop, +1 HP regeneration), Fin Tail (Legendary, 1% drop, +1 Reiatsu regeneration, +1 Speed)
• Gillian: Back Spikes (Rare, 10% drop, +1 Reiatsu)
• Adjucha: Tail (Epic, 5% drop, +1 Speed), Single Horn (Uncommon, 25% drop, +1 Strength), Double Horn (Rare, 10% drop, +2 Strength), Triple Horn (Epic, 5%, +3 Strength)
• Vasto Lorde: Spiral Horn (Epic, 5% drop, +1 Reiatsu)

Becoming Espada in Hollow Era

From Vasto Lorde, interact with a Crystal Bush in Hueco Mundo to become an Espada. Disabling Atmosphere, Bloom, and Depth of Field aids in locating the bush.

How to Get Your Resurrección

As an Arrancar or Espada, reach level 50, then speak to Isen (King of Hueco Mundo). Defeat 50 Arrancars to unlock your Resurrección (activated with a full, pulsating Rage Bar, filled by dealing or receiving damage; default keybind "Y"; deactivated upon Reiatsu/Rage depletion).

Hollow Skill Tree

• Hollow Strength Node: Increases fist/strength move damage. (Claw Slash, Rock Throw, Hollow Slam)
• Hollow Reiatsu Node: Increases max Reiatsu and Hollow power damage. (Acid Spit, Acid Grab, Acid Slam)
• Hollow Vitality Node: Increases max health.

Gillian Skill Tree

• Gillian Strength Node: Increases fist/strength move damage. (Gillian Stomp, Gillian Roar)
• Gillian Reiatsu Node: Increases max Reiatsu and Gillian power damage. (Gillian Cero, Cero Burst)

Hollow Era Tips and Tricks

Playing as a Hollow is less versatile than as a Shinigami, requiring significant grinding and facing attacks from both factions. Use the lock-on button to manage combat. Invest in the bus teleport to reduce travel time. Prioritize Strength and Speed skill points initially. Use "J" (default) to reveal markers with Reiatsu sense. Expect bugs and lag. Use codes to boost your early progress.
