Dark & Darker Mobile slated for soft launch in Canada next month, release in first half of this year

Dark and Darker Mobile, Krafton's adaptation of Ironmace's popular dungeon crawler, is gearing up for a soft launch in Canada on February 5th. The worldwide launch is expected in the first half of 2024. Pre-registration remains open.

Dark and Darker blends extraction shooter and dungeon crawler mechanics. Players, solo or in parties, explore a vast dungeon, battling monsters and rival players to claim loot. Characters range from classic fantasy archetypes like fighters, rogues, barbarians, wizards, and bards.

Following the success of the PC version, Krafton secured the mobile rights. Significant improvements are planned before the global release.

Enhanced Gameplay

Key updates include refined Darkswarm mechanics and revamped escape systems, optimized for party play. Class differentiation will be enhanced through improved basic attacks and combat, alongside expanded weapon and skill options.
