Darkness-type cards shine in Pokemon TCG Pocket's latest Outbreak event

Author : Nora Mar 28,2025

Dive into the shadows with the ongoing Darkness-type Mass Outbreak Event in Pokémon TCG Pocket, running until February 27th. This event brings a higher chance of encountering Darkness-type Pokémon in rare and bonus picks, making it the perfect time to bolster your dark-themed deck.

Engage in themed missions during the event to earn exclusive rewards, including shop tickets and additional Flair, which can be exchanged throughout the event period. These rewards will enhance your gameplay and collection, giving you an edge in battles.

Spotlighted in this dark-themed update is Weavile EX, the evolved form of Sneasel. Known for its ability to deal increased damage to already injured Active Pokémon, Weavile EX is a formidable addition to any deck. Alongside Weavile EX, Darkrai will appear in rare picks, capable of putting your opponent's Active Pokémon to sleep with its Dark Void attack. For those looking to complete their Dex, Murkrow will be available in Bonus Picks, offering a chance to catch this elusive Darkness-type Pokémon.
