Konami and FIFA's collaboration for the FIFAe World Cup 2024 is a resounding success! The tournament, spanning both console and mobile platforms, is set to ignite the competitive spirit in Saudi Arabia, starting December 9th. Expect thrilling live matches streamed globally for a worldwide audience.

The grueling qualifiers, which began in October, have culminated in a stellar lineup: over 54 players from 22 countries in the console division's intense 2v2 battles, and 16 players representing 16 countries in the mobile division's 1v1 showdowns.

A staggering $100,000 prize pool is up for grabs, with the grand prize winner taking home a substantial $20,000! But the excitement doesn't stop there. Viewers tuning in from December 9th to 12th can claim daily bonuses, including up to 4,000 eFootball points and 400,000GP.

This collaboration marks a significant achievement for Konami, adding to their impressive portfolio of partnerships. From high-profile collaborations with football legends like Messi to pop culture crossovers featuring Captain Tsubasa, Konami continues to expand its reach.

However, the impact on the average gamer remains to be seen. Will this high-stakes tournament resonate with players who may not typically follow esports events? Only time will tell.
