Clash Royale has finally unleashed a long-anticipated upgrade for its Inferno Dragon. Nearly a decade after its debut without an Evolution form, this fiery Legendary card receives a major power boost. Supercell celebrated the occasion by collaborating with Finnish comedian Ismo Leikola for a creative reveal campaign.

Nine years after its introduction, the Inferno Dragon stars in a new Clash Royale trailer featuring Leikola as its eccentric Hollywood agent pushing for stardom. Watch as the dragon humorously abandons its Clash Royale duties to chase fame and fortune in Tinseltown.

The Inferno Dragon Evolution significantly enhances battlefield performance. Unlike the original version that reset damage when switching targets, the evolved form maintains its escalating damage for devastating impact.

Inferno Dragon Evolution Sparks New Clash Royale Season

Launching with the "How to Evolve Your Dragon!" season, the update also revives the popular 2v2 League mode. Players can team up with friends or be matched with random partners to climb the competitive ranks.

Arena 7 and above will feature Milestone Events offering rewards including 3 Lumberjack Evolution Shards, an Epic Book of Cards, and exclusive cosmetic items.

The season kicks off with Crown Chase #1, rewarding participants with a Battle Banner complete with frame and decoration plus an Epic Book of Cards. Crown Chase #2 follows with another Battle Banner and 3 Evolution Shards.

To showcase the new Evolution cards, developers have prepared various Game Modes and Challenges throughout June and early July. The schedule includes:

• Inferno Dragon Evolution Draft (June 2-9)
• Inferno Dragon Challenge (June 6-9) awarding a Battle Banner and Emote
• Evolution Mayhem (June 9-16) allowing up to 4 Evolution Cards per deck
• Magical Trio (June 16-23)
• 4 Card Showdown (June 23-30)
• Evolution Bonanza (June 30-July 7) permitting up to 8 Evolution Cards per deck
