Inferno Dragon Evolution Hits Clash Royale After Nine-Year Wait

Clash Royale has finally introduced the highly anticipated Inferno Dragon Evolution. After nearly ten years without an upgrade, this fiery Legend card receives a major power boost. Developer Supercell marked the occasion with Finnish comedian Ismo Leikola starring in a creative announcement.

A Fiery Negotiation Takes Flight!

Nine years after its debut, the Inferno Dragon shines in a new Clash Royale trailer featuring Leikola as its eccentric Hollywood agent, aggressively pushing for fame.

The mischievous dragon temporarily abandons its battlefield duties to chase stardom in Hollywood.

Catch the Inferno Dragon and Leikola's hilarious negotiation tactics at Supercell's Clash Royale headquarters.

The Evolved Inferno Dragon transforms gameplay significantly. While the original reset damage when changing targets, the upgraded version maintains its escalating damage output.

Inferno Dragon Evolution Sparks New Clash Royale Season

Titled How to Evolve Your Dragon!, the new season adds Inferno Dragon Evolution and revives the 2v2 League. Players can team up with friends or random partners to climb ranks.

Milestone Events beginning at Arena 7 offer rewards including 3 Lumberjack Evolution Shards, an Epic Book of Cards, and special Cosmetics.

Crown Chase #1 provides a Battle Banner with frame/decoration plus an Epic Book of Cards, followed by Crown Chase #2 with another Banner and 3 Evolution Shards.

To showcase Evolutions, developers planned various Game Modes throughout June: Inferno Dragon Evolution Draft (June 2-9), Inferno Dragon Challenge (June 6-9) awarding a Banner and Emote, Evolution Mayhem (June 9-16 allowing 4 Evolutions per deck), Magical Trio (June 16-23), 4 Card Showdown (June 23-30), and Evolution Bonanza (June 30-July 7 permitting 8 Evolutions).
