Fortnite Unveils Superhero Skin's Return

Author : Lillian Feb 02,2025

After over a year's absence, the highly sought-after Wonder Woman skin has returned to the Fortnite item shop. This isn't just the skin itself; the Athena's Battleaxe pickaxe and Golden Eagle Wings glider are also back, available individually or as a bundle.

This resurgence follows a trend of DC character returns to Fortnite. December saw the reappearance of several popular DC skins, including Starfire and Harley Quinn. The recent Japan-themed Chapter 6 Season 1 also introduced unique variant skins for Batman and Harley Quinn, reflecting a continued focus on crossovers.

The Wonder Woman skin's comeback, confirmed by prominent Fortnite leaker HYPEX after a 444-day hiatus, is priced at 1,600 V-Bucks. The complete bundle offers a discount, costing 2,400 V-Bucks.

This exciting return is part of a larger wave of collaborations in Fortnite's current season. The Japanese theme has brought back Dragon Ball skins, and a Godzilla skin is slated for release later this month. Rumors also point towards a future Demon Slayer crossover. With this influx of new and returning content, Fortnite continues to expand its universe of popular character skins.
