FragPunk Console Release Postponed: Technical Glitches Cited

The eagerly awaited hero shooter, FragPunk, developed by Bad Guitar, faces a setback as the console versions for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S are postponed due to "technical issues." Originally slated for a simultaneous release across all platforms on March 6, the launch for consoles has been delayed, leaving console gamers in anticipation. Just two days before the intended launch, the developers communicated this unexpected news, citing unforeseen technical challenges as the reason. Although a new release date for the console editions remains unannounced, Bad Guitar is committed to keeping the community informed throughout the process.

In response to the delay, Bad Guitar has announced compensation for those who pre-ordered FragPunk on consoles. Affected players can choose to receive a refund, or they can opt for in-game bonuses, including credits and rewards from the first season, which will be accessible upon the console versions' eventual release. This gesture aims to mitigate the disappointment felt by the console gaming community.

On a brighter note, the PC version of FragPunk is unaffected by these delays and will launch as originally planned on March 6. PC gamers can look forward to diving into the action-packed world of FragPunk without any hitches.
