• Locate the quest within Breezy Meadow.

Specifically, the quest is located in Breezy Meadow, south of Florawish. Travel to the Meadow Wharf Warp Spire near the eastern coast. From there, proceed to the location indicated on the map. You'll find Viliak near the Meadow Wharf, facing the water. Speak to her to initiate the quest.

After speaking with Viliak, she'll explain the "Catching a Big Fish" challenge. Although she struggles, the solution is straightforward once you find the correct items and location.

Follow these steps:

3. Face west towards the dock.
