Author : Finn Mar 14,2025

Don't let the name fool you – Goatskin in *Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2* isn't actually a goat's hide. He's a crucial character you need to locate during the "Into the Underworld" main quest. Finding him in Kuttenberg requires a bit of detective work, but we'll show you the easiest way.

During "Into the Underworld," Katherine will send you on a quest to find Goatskin at the inn. While there's a more complex method involving various traps, we'll cut straight to the chase.

Goatskin Location in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2

Goatskin is hiding in plain sight, or rather, at the top of the barn adjacent to the Black Horse tavern. To reach him, enter the barn behind the tailor's shop and climb the ladder. Remember, this is a private area, so tread lightly.

Once on the upper floor of the barn, head straight and drop down into the courtyard. From there, climb onto the carriage and enter the next barn through the window. Continue to the top level – Goatskin will be there. Important note: This method only works during the daytime. He moves locations at night.

Before you chat with Goatskin, it's highly recommended to save your game. You'll encounter dialogue checks, and failure might mean a hefty 500 groschen payment to continue the quest (a cheaper 150 groschen option exists if you succeed).

That's how to efficiently locate Goatskin in *Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2*. For more *Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2* guides, including romance options and optimal perk selections, check out The Escapist.
