At today's Nintendo Direct, Nintendo finally revealed the launch date for its highly anticipated Nintendo Switch 2 console, set for June 5, 2025.
While the base Nintendo Switch 2 will cost $449.99, a premium bundle including Mario Kart World will be available for $499.99.
For those who prefer buying separately, Mario Kart World's standalone price has been set at $79.99, marking a significant price jump for Nintendo titles.
Previously, Nintendo had only released one $70 game for the original Switch - The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. Notably, the newly announced Donkey Kong Bananza also carries this premium $70 price tag.
