Monpic: The Hatchling Meets A Girl, A Point-And-Click Monster Adventure, Is Launching This Fall

Get ready for a heartwarming adventure! Monpic: The Hatchling Meets a Girl (also known as Monpic – The Little Dragon and the Dragon Girl) is launching on Android, iOS, Steam, and Nintendo Switch this Fall 2024.

Developed by Happy Elements and Kakalia Studio, this charming Japanese 2D adventure blends captivating storytelling with point-and-click exploration and adorable anime art.

A Closer Look at Monpic: The Hatchling Meets a Girl

Monpic unfolds in a world where humans and monsters share a complex history, sometimes clashing, other times cooperating. The story centers on Yuzuki, a curious girl, and Pico, a baby dragon with underdeveloped wings.

Yuzuki's adventure begins with a seemingly ordinary apple found in the forest. This "apple," however, is a rare Dragon Apple, transforming Yuzuki into a dragon! Dragon apples are crucial for young dragons' development, making this unlikely pair's journey all the more compelling. Together, they'll embark on an adventure that forges a unique bond.

Explore diverse environments, solve intriguing puzzles, and unravel the intricate relationship between humans and monsters in Monpic. The game will support both English and Japanese languages.

I'm eager to see how the story progresses and experience the gameplay. Will Yuzuki revert to her human form? We'll have to wait until Fall to find out! Until then, visit the official website for more details.

The Play Store listing isn't live yet, but you can follow the game's official X (formerly Twitter) account for the latest updates.
