Whether you're a seasoned player or a newcomer, reaching the moon is straightforward. Locate the spaceship near the "Ready to Launch!" sign in the game's central hub. Alternatively, look for Lucy, the scientist NPC, near the blue bridge. She'll be mentioning "Calibrating Lunar parameters."

Approach the spaceship, interact with it (using the on-screen prompt), and a short quick-time event will initiate your journey to the moon. Upon arrival, Lucy will greet you, and both you and your pets will automatically receive space helmets.

What Awaits You on the Moon

The moon holds the Royal Moon Egg, obtainable by collecting five Special Stars scattered across the lunar surface. This egg is particularly valuable during the Lunar New Year event, hatching into up to eight new pets. Additionally, you'll find numerous glowing blue Shooting Stars. These can be exchanged for pets and items at the Vending Machine on Adoption Island.

Collect up to 50 Shooting Stars daily until February 14, 2025, maximizing your rewards during this limited-time event.

Reaching High-Altitude Shooting Stars

Due to the moon's low gravity, some Shooting Stars require a bit more effort to collect. Utilize the steam geysers to launch yourself upward and grab these otherwise unreachable stars. While the aiming can be tricky, practice makes perfect!

With this comprehensive guide, you're ready for your lunar expedition in Adopt Me! Explore the moon, collect stars, and hatch exciting new pets.

Adopt Me is available now on Roblox.
