Nintendo Switch Online Expansion Pack: Four Classic Games Arrive

Battletoads/Double Dragon, Big Run, and More!

First, the legendary crossover: Battletoads/Double Dragon. This mashup pits the brawling Battletoads against the Double Dragon brothers in a fight against the Dark Queen and her Shadow Warriors. Five playable characters are available: Billy and Jimmy Lee (Double Dragon) and Zitz, Pimple, and Rash (Battletoads).

Originally released on NES in June 1993 and ported to SNES in December of the same year, this marks a long-awaited re-release for many.

Next, get ready to dodge! Kunio-kun no Dodgeball da yo Zen’in Shūgō! (Super Dodgeball in the West) brings the River City series' Kunio-kun to the dodgeball court. Compete against global rivals in diverse arenas, from indoor stadiums to outdoor beaches, each with unique challenges.

This Super Famicom title originally launched in August 1993.

Puzzle enthusiasts will appreciate Cosmo Gang the Puzzle. Similar to Tetris and Puyo Puyo, strategically clear lines of containers and Cosmos to score big. Three modes are offered: 1P Mode (solo high score chase), VS Mode (head-to-head competition), and 100 Stage Mode (increasing difficulty). Line up containers horizontally and utilize blue orbs to remove Cosmos.

Initially released in arcades in 1992, it later appeared on Super Famicom, various Virtual Consoles, and more recently, on Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4.

Finally, experience the thrill of Big Run! Race across diverse African landscapes, from Tripoli to West Africa's swamps, in nine intense stages. Strategic resource management is key alongside speed; choose your sponsor, build your team, and manage your vehicle's condition.
