Astramentis' exceptional power stems from its substantial attribute boost (+80-120 to All Attributes). This synergizes perfectly with the Hand of Wisdom and Action Furtive Wraps, another top-tier Unique item, amplifying attack speed and lightning damage based on Intelligence and Dexterity.

Crucially, only White Stellar Amulets can yield Astramentis. Blue (Magic) or Yellow (Rare) amulets are unsuitable. This scarcity elevates the value of Normal Stellar Amulets significantly above their enhanced counterparts.
