The official P5X Twitter (X) account recently announced that more details, including a possible release date, will be shared during an upcoming livestream. P5X is gearing up for a global expansion with the launch of a dedicated social media account for its English version. On May 15, P5X Official West announced their first major update via a livestream scheduled for the same day at 7:00 AM PT on Atlus' official Western YouTube channel.

The livestream promises an exciting lineup with special guests from the game's cast, including Kaede Hondo, the voice of Motoha Arai, and Chika Anzai, the voice of Yui. They'll be joined by key members of the development team: P5X Chief Producer Yohsuke Uda, Development Director Yusuke Nitta from ATLUS, Development Producer Jun Matsunaga, and Live Ops Director Yuta Sakai from SEGA.

Originally released in select regions in April 2024, P5X has sparked speculation about its Western release. During the game's first anniversary livestream, developers hinted at plans for English localization. The official account teased that while the release date for Japan will be announced, there's a chance they might share news about the Western release as well. They encouraged fans to tune in to find out!

The upcoming livestream will also shed light on P5X's Japanese (JP) release. Atlus previously confirmed that P5X will launch in Japan during the Summer of 2025, with pre-registrations now open on the game's JP website.

In addition, Sega Sammy Holdings highlighted P5X in their Fiscal Year 2025 Results Presentation on May 12, stating that the game is scheduled for release "In or after FY2026/3" (from April 1, 2025, to March 31, 2026), aligning with the target launch in the summer.
