Wonder Pick Event Pushed by Chansey Picks in Pokémon TCG Pocket

Pokémon TCG Pocket's upcoming Wonder Pick event is generating excitement among players, thanks to the debut of special Pokémon cards. However, the developers haven't officially revealed any details, leading to much speculation. Neither the game's in-game news nor its official X (formerly Twitter) account has mentioned the event. Some players theorize a connection to the ongoing Blastoise Drop event due to overlapping bonus features and Chansey picks.

What We Know About the Wonder Pick Event

The event features special promo cards of Charmander and Squirtle, two beloved Kanto starters, each showcasing an adorable Chansey. The inclusion of Chansey picks is a significant draw, allowing players to obtain items or promo cards without depleting their wonder stamina. Collecting specific cards through Wonder Picks earns event shop tickets.

These tickets can be exchanged for accessories, including a display board backdrop featuring Pokémon Trainer Blue and a binder cover featuring Blue and Blastoise. The event begins at 1:00 AM EST; download the game from the Google Play Store to participate.

Understanding Wonder Pick

The Wonder Pick event functions as a global Pokémon card scavenger hunt. Players select one of five random cards from booster packs opened worldwide. The addition of bonus picks and the opportunity to use Chansey picks to acquire Charmander and Squirtle significantly increases the event's appeal.

That's our current understanding of the Wonder Pick event. Stay tuned for our next article covering Glohow's Black Beacon global beta test!
