Pokémon GO Is Dropping Might and Mastery Event with a Legendary Pokémon at Your Side!

Get ready for some serious martial arts action in Pokémon GO's upcoming Might and Mastery event! Running from March 4th to June 3rd, 2025, this event packs a punch with a new Pokémon and a legendary debut.

Meet Kubfu and Urshifu

The spotlight shines on Kubfu, a powerful Fighting-type Pokémon. During the event, you can evolve Kubfu into one of two Urshifu forms: Single Strike Style and Rapid Strike Style. Prepare for epic battles featuring Dynamax Pokémon, including a potentially massive Kubfu!

Special Research and More

The Might and Mastery Special Research starts March 5th at 10:00 a.m. and runs until June 3rd at 9:59 a.m. This multi-stage research will unlock throughout the season, so keep checking your research tab!

The Powerful Potential event (March 5th-10th) marks Kubfu's official debut. Remember, Kubfu cannot be traded, sent to the professor, or transferred to Pokémon HOME.

Epic Battles Await!

From March 8th at 6:00 a.m. to March 9th at 9:00 p.m., participate in Max Battles with increased Power Spot refreshes. One-Star Max Battles feature Dynamax Grookey, Scorbunny, and Sobble, while Six-Star Max Battles offer Gigantamax Venusaur, Charizard, and Blastoise. One-Star Raids include Gothita, Solosis, and Sinistea, and Three-Star Raids feature Alolan Raichu, Hisuian Typhlosion, and Sableye.
