Pokemon Sleep Encourages Restful Research on Good Sleep Day

Author : Samuel May 13,2025

If you're like me and find a good night's sleep hard to come by due to seasonal changes or endless gaming sessions, then Pokémon Sleep's "Good Sleep Day" event might just be the perfect remedy. Scheduled once a month for three days, this special event coincides with the full moon, boosting your Drowsy Power and offering a fantastic opportunity to explore various Pokémon sleep styles.

Mark your calendars for March 13th, as the event kicks off and will run through to March 16th. During this period, you'll have a higher chance of encountering sleep styles you haven't seen before. The peak of the event falls on the night of the full moon—Day 2—where you'll enjoy Drowsy Power ×2, Helper Pokémon Sleep EXP ×3, and a bonus of 1,000 sleep points. Days 1 and 3 aren't to be missed either, offering Drowsy Power ×1.5, Helper Pokémon Sleep EXP ×2, and an additional 500 sleep points.

Did you know you can also add Friends in Pokémon Sleep? It's not just about the virtual pocket monsters; it's about building a community too!
