Pokémon Legends: Z-A Preorders Open

Attention Pokémon trainers: Pokémon Legends Z-A is now available for preorder at various retailers. The game will be available in two editions - a standard Nintendo Switch version priced at $59.99, and an enhanced Nintendo Switch 2 Edition listed at $69.99 for those with the latest console.

The Nintendo Switch 2 Edition of Pokémon Legends Z-A offers enhanced visuals and smoother performance. Note that buyers of the Switch version can later upgrade to the Switch 2 version through a separate upgrade pack.

What Is Pokémon Legends Z-A?

PlayPokémon Legends Z-A takes place in Lumiose City, where humans and Pokémon coexist. Players will embark on an urban adventure as Pokémon Trainers with choice of starter Pokémon including Chikorita, Tepig, or Totodile. The game features the "Z-A Royale" tournament, challenging players to climb the ranks from beginner to grade A competitor.

More details about the game might be revealed during the upcoming Pokémon Presents showcase on July 22.
