How To Get the A Prize Held High Trophy/Achievement in Monster Hunter Wilds

Unlocking achievements in *Monster Hunter: Rise* isn't always about slaying the biggest monsters. For the "A Prize Held High" trophy/achievement, your target is surprisingly small: the Curioshell Crab. This little crustacean is captured using your trusty Capture Net.

While Curioshell Crabs can appear in various locations, the Scarlet Forest offers a reliable hunting ground. Head to Area 6: Flowering Rocks (located between Areas 2 and 6). Check the nearby puddles—these are prime spawning spots. If you're having trouble spotting it, Alma might offer a helpful hint, mentioning a creature holding something.

Equip your Capture Net, aim for an orange reticle, and capture the crab. A successful capture nets you both the Curioshell Crab and an Ancient Wyvern Coin. Be quick; these crabs are speedy! Other potential locations include Area 13 of the Windward Plains and Area 8 of the Scarlet Forest, though success isn't guaranteed outside of the recommended areas.
