Back in January, Bluepoch Games teased fans with an exciting collaboration announcement. Now, they've unveiled more thrilling details about the upcoming Reverse: 1999 x Assassin’s Creed crossover, which will feature the iconic Ezio as a playable character. Partnering with Ubisoft, this collaboration will bring to life elements from two fan-favorite entries in the Assassin’s Creed series: Assassin’s Creed II and Assassin’s Creed Odyssey. The initial teaser showcased Vertin navigating a rainy street, with the glowing Assassin’s Creed logo illuminating the distance, setting the stage for what's to come.
Get Ready to Welcome Ezio from Assassin’s Creed into Reverse: 1999!
The full details of the crossover have now been released, and it's set to launch on Android, iOS, and PC in August 2025. In addition to the legendary Ezio Auditore da Firenze, there's a lot more to anticipate from the Reverse: 1999 x Assassin’s Creed collaboration.
The event is divided into two exciting phases, each featuring its own set of Assassin’s Creed-themed narratives and events. Phase I transports players to Renaissance Florence, where Vertin and her team will navigate 15th-century Italy, piecing together cryptic clues. Phase II then shifts the scene to the ancient world of Assassin’s Creed Odyssey, set in Greece. If you're familiar with the game, you'll recognize some of the adventures Vertin and her crew embark on.
