Quite a Ride, a Survival-Horror Game Set on a Bike, Announced for PC

Author : Violet Apr 26,2025

Developer Goodwin Games has unveiled an exciting new survival horror game for PC titled "Quite a Ride." Utilizing the powerful Unreal Engine 5, this game challenges players to pedal a bicycle to keep the surrounding fog at bay, and the terrifying creatures within it from closing in. Although a release date has yet to be announced, the anticipation is already building.

Goodwin Games paints a vivid picture of the gameplay: "You journey through a hauntingly foggy rural landscape teeming with mysterious secrets and lurking monsters shrouded in the thick mist. The game's eerie atmosphere and chilling themes are inspired by Stephen King's gripping narratives and classic horror films from the '80s and '90s." Be sure to watch the announcement trailer and browse the initial screenshots in the gallery below for a sneak peek.

In "Quite a Ride," your phone's battery gradually depletes and can only be recharged by continuously pedaling your bike. This phone will send you cryptic messages that could either aid or hinder your progress. As you traverse the ever-shifting landscape, you'll stumble upon eerie deserted towns and strange laboratories. The road ahead is constantly changing, but Goodwin Games introduces an intriguing twist: "The collective global efforts of players can alter the environment, unlocking new areas, revealing hidden characters, and uncovering secret quests over time."

If you're intrigued by this thrilling survival horror experience, you can add "Quite a Ride" to your wishlist on Steam.
