Sky: Children of the Light Launches Season of Radiance for a Colorful 2025 Start

Author : Aaron Apr 01,2025

Thatgamecompany is set to start 2025 with a vibrant update for the all-ages MMO, Sky: Children of the Light. If you've ever wished for more color in the game, the new Season of Radiance update is here to fulfill that wish with a burst of chromatic features.

The highlight of this update is the introduction of the Dye Workshop, located in the Aviary Village. Here, the Radiance Guide will walk you through the process of using dyes to recolor your cosmetics, allowing for a personalized technicolor transformation.

But it's not just about aesthetics. To create these dyes, you'll need to harvest new Dark Plants that are sprouting throughout the kingdom. Additionally, you can mix dyes to concoct unique and interesting hues. And if you're in need of more items to experiment with, the update includes new hairstyles, capes, outfits, and more, giving you ample opportunities to test out your dyeing skills.

All the colours of the rainbow

The Season of Radiance event is scheduled to begin on January 20th. While it's surprising that it took Thatgamecompany this long to introduce such a feature, it's sure to add a new layer of enjoyment for both new and veteran players.
