SteamDB data reveals a peak player count exceeding 197,000 users—the highest ever recorded for a paid EA game on the platform. This dwarfs the previous record-holder, Battlefield V, which peaked at 116,000 players. While EA's free-to-play Apex Legends remains the most popular title with over 620,000 peak players, Split Fiction's achievement is a remarkable feat for a paid game.
