Stalker 2: How To Open The Brain Scorcher Locked Door

The Brain Scorcher, a chillingly iconic location from the S.T.A.L.K.E.R. universe, makes a return in S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl. Within its eerie confines lies a Tamper-Proof Stash, secured within a seemingly impenetrable warehouse. While a key is absent, a clever bit of parkour offers an alternative entry.

Accessing the Brain Scorcher Warehouse in S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2

Locate the Brain Scorcher in the northern Malachite region. Your map will pinpoint the Tamper-Proof Stash, leading you to the locked warehouse. Don't let the locked door deter you; this isn't the intended entrance.

Follow these steps to infiltrate the warehouse:

  1. Circle the warehouse to the left, ascending the orange stairs to a stack of boxes.
  2. Utilize the boxes to leap over the containers to your right, progressing to the next set.
  3. A daring jump over the crane to your right is next, followed by a run to its far side.
  4. Carefully descend onto the containers below, navigating a zigzag path to an opening at the warehouse's rear.

Inside, proceed cautiously! Trip mines guard the path to the Tamper-Proof Stash. Disarm them methodically before reaching your objective.

Looting the Stash and Exiting the Warehouse

The Tamper-Proof Stash, a large, already unlocked safe, awaits. Gather the valuable ammo, medkits, and other consumables within. Exiting, however, requires a bit more effort.

To unlock the main warehouse door, locate a generator near a pile of boxes to the right of the power panel, further down inside the warehouse. Activate it to restore power. Return to the power panel by the entrance and flip the switch. The door will now open, allowing your escape from the Brain Scorcher warehouse.
