Partner/Indie World Showcase Delivers a Bounty of Games

Nintendo's decision to combine two smaller showcases proved effective, resulting in a flurry of announcements. Highlights include surprise game releases (detailed below), Capcom Fighting Collection 2, the Suikoden I & II remasters, Yakuza Kiwami, Tetris Forever, MySims, Worms Armageddon: Anniversary Edition, new entries in the Atelier and Rune Factory franchises, and much more. I highly recommend watching the full video; it's well worth your time!

Select New Releases

Castlevania Dominus Collection ($24.99)

A third Castlevania collection made a surprise appearance! This release features the three Nintendo DS titles: Dawn of Sorrow, Portrait of Ruin, and Order of Ecclesia. It also includes the infamous arcade game, Haunted Castle, along with an M2-developed remake that significantly improves upon the original. This collection offers exceptional emulation and features, making it an incredible value.

Pizza Tower ($19.99)

This Wario Land-inspired platformer is a standout surprise release. Players must navigate five challenging floors of the Pizza Tower to save their restaurant. Fans of Wario's handheld adventures will love this, but even those without strong Wario nostalgia should consider giving it a try if they enjoy platformers. A review is in the works.

Goat Simulator 3 ($29.99)

Another surprise release! Goat Simulator 3 continues the series' chaotic gameplay. While performance on Switch remains to be seen (given past issues on more powerful systems), the game's inherent absurdity might make any performance hiccups part of its charm. Ultimately, it's up to you to decide if the silly goat antics are worth the risk.

Peglin ($19.99)

For Peggle fans, Peglin is a must-have. This title, already available on mobile, blends Peggle mechanics with turn-based RPG roguelite elements. A review is forthcoming.

Doraemon Dorayaki Shop Story ($20.00)

Kairosoft's latest shop simulation game features the beloved Doraemon characters. The game successfully incorporates the license, even including cameos from characters from the manga artist's other works.

Pico Park 2 ($8.99)

More Pico Park for existing fans! Up to eight players can enjoy local or online multiplayer in this cooperative puzzle game.

Kamitsubaki City Ensemble ($3.99)

A budget-friendly rhythm game featuring Kamitsubaki Studio's music.

SokoPenguin ($4.99)

A classic Sokoban-style puzzle game with a penguin twist. One hundred levels await.

Q2 Humanity ($6.80)

Over three hundred quirky physics-based puzzles, featuring drawing mechanics and up to four-player local or online multiplayer.
