Tower of God: New World releases holiday-themed update with new characters, events, and rewards

Author : Logan Mar 15,2025

Netmarble's Tower of God: New World is celebrating the holidays with a major content update for its collectible card RPG. This action-packed update introduces new characters, limited-time events, and exciting new floors to explore.

Two powerful new characters join the roster: SSR+ [Revolution] Twenty-Fifth Bam (Blue element, Mage, Wave Controller), wielding black shinsu and the second Thorn, boasting a Triple Orb ability for invincibility and devastating Stardust attacks; and SSR [Ice Spear] Khun Aguero (Yellow element, Assassin, Spearbearer), utilizing his Secret Floor training to unleash Frost-inflicting Ice Spears on distant foes. Consult our Tower of God: New World tier list to see how these new heroes compare to the existing roster.

A series of limited-time events, running until January 2nd, offer unique challenges and seasonal rewards. The "Silent Night! Holy Night!" event provides SSR+ materials and growth resources by completing stages. The Ranker Race tests your skills through stage clearing competitions, while Khun’s Wishing Card event allows you to collect matching decorations for gifts, such as Evan’s festive costume, Holiday Request. For a more relaxed experience, try TapTap Plus with the Bam Doll for upgraded rewards, or conquer a special holiday-themed tower minigame for extra prizes. The Data Tower also offers a new challenge with the chance to earn SSR Khun Aguero.

Adventure Floors 141 to 145 are now accessible, and festive holiday costumes have been added for Bam, Khun, and Evan, adding a celebratory flair to your team.
