Ubisoft Launches Assassin

Ubisoft is taking a unique approach to promote Assassin's Creed Shadows by launching an unexpected collaboration with fitness content creator The Bioneer. The result is an official workout program designed to get fans in shape while celebrating the rich history of the franchise.

The program spans five weeks (45 days) and features themed workouts inspired by different chapters in the Assassin's Creed saga:

The first week focuses on Assassin training, drawing inspiration from the original game featuring Altair. This week's exercises are designed to enhance agility and stealth, echoing the skills of the legendary assassin.

The second week dives into the world of pirates, referencing Black Flag. Participants will engage in workouts that mimic the demanding life on the high seas, improving endurance and strength as they channel their inner pirate.

The third week channels the spirit of ancient Spartans, as seen in Odyssey. The workouts here are intense, focusing on building muscle and resilience, much like the warriors of ancient Greece.

The fourth week embraces the Viking lifestyle, aligning with Valhalla. Expect workouts that boost power and stamina, preparing fans for the rugged challenges faced by Vikings in the game.

The fifth and final week highlights samurai and ninja, tying into the upcoming Shadows title. This week's exercises will refine precision and speed, essential traits of these iconic warriors.

This creative initiative offers fans not only a chance to prepare physically for the game but also to reconnect with beloved moments from the series through exercise. By integrating fitness with the narrative of Assassin's Creed, Ubisoft provides an engaging way for fans to immerse themselves in the world of their favorite games while improving their health.
