WWE 2K25 Glimpse Revealed by Xbox

WWE 2K25: First Glimpses and Roster Speculation

Xbox recently teased WWE 2K25 with screenshots showcasing updated character models for CM Punk, Damien Priest, Liv Morgan, and Cody Rhodes, strongly suggesting their inclusion in the playable roster. With WWE 2K24 launching in March 2024, speculation points towards a similar release window for its successor in 2025. However, official details remain scarce.

The cover athlete remains a mystery, despite a Steam page leak hinting at a potential candidate. The only confirmed information comes directly from Xbox's Twitter announcement, timed to coincide with WWE RAW's Netflix debut. The images revealed improved character likenesses, particularly praised for Cody Rhodes and Liv Morgan. This fueled fan discussions, including queries about potential Xbox Game Pass inclusion.

Confirmed Playable Characters:

  • CM Punk
  • Damien Priest
  • Liv Morgan
  • Cody Rhodes

While these four are confirmed, the full WWE 2K25 roster is yet undisclosed. The significant roster changes within WWE, featuring both departures and new arrivals, have generated considerable fan anticipation for their favorite Superstars' inclusion. Speculation includes prominent names like Bloodline members Jacob Fatu and Tama Tonga, and the newly revamped Wyatt Six.

Although the initial announcement came from Xbox, WWE 2K25 is expected to release across PlayStation and PC platforms. Whether it will be exclusive to current-gen consoles remains unconfirmed. A link shared by the WWE Games Twitter account directs to a wishlist page featuring Xbox, PlayStation, and Steam logos, promising further WWE 2K25 details on January 28, 2025.
