Application Description

The TFA Registry app revolutionizes attendance tracking for the TFA Unicas course, an active training internship for support, by leveraging the geolocation capabilities of your smartphone. This innovative approach significantly streamlines the processes related to attendance management and enhances the efficiency of learning experiences.

With the TFA Registry app, learners can effortlessly clock in using their mobile devices. The app provides real-time updates on the time and status of each attendance stamp, ensuring a smooth and transparent process.

In compliance with privacy guidelines set by the Guarantor, the app only records the time and location when a learner voluntarily chooses to clock in. Immediately after, the GPS function is deactivated to protect user privacy. Additionally, learners have the option to verify the status of geolocation directly from the app or their device settings at any time, ensuring full control over their personal data.

When the app is not actively in use, no tracking of movements occurs. Furthermore, all data stored on the learner's device remains confidential and is neither shared nor processed, whether the app is in use or not, ensuring the utmost respect for user privacy.
