Building on the original's success, Temple Run 2 delivers fresh excitement. Select from four distinct adventurers: Guy Dangerous, Scarlett Fox, Karma Lee, and Barry Bones. Your mission remains: escape the temple while being pursued by the relentless Evil Demon Monkey. Beyond the classic running, jumping, and sliding, you'll now navigate treacherous cliffs, ride zip lines, and dash through mines and ancient forests.

The core controls stay true to the original. Swipe up to jump over gaps and hurdles; swipe down to slide under low ceilings and traps; swipe left or right to make sharp turns. Tilt your device to steer along the winding paths, dodging perils and collecting coins as you go.

The game features power-ups and unlockable content purchasable with coins earned through gameplay or via optional in-app transactions. While Temple Run 2 doesn't force you to spend, the convenience of coin packs is a tempting shortcut.

Fans of the first Temple Run will find the sequel both comfortingly familiar and excitingly new. The visuals have been enhanced for a more stunning experience, while the heart-pounding, responsive gameplay is better than ever.
