Application Description

Rent cars worldwide with ease using Aerovision SAS's Rent a Car application (www.aerovisionrentacar.com.co). This app allows you to compare quotes and reserve vehicles from eight major international rental companies simultaneously and in real-time, directly connecting to their reservation systems. This comparative search displays available cars and rates, helping you find the perfect option for your needs.

Partnering with renowned companies like Alamo, Avis, Budget, Dollar, Enterprise, Hertz, National, and Thrifty ensures a high level of service. Initial searches display the most popular rental plan, detailing inclusions like mileage, collision/theft protection (LDW/CDW), supplemental liability insurance (SLI), taxes, and surcharges. These inclusions vary by plan and can be adjusted using the "Edit Search" option.

Manage your reservation seamlessly through the app. Download and email your voucher as a PDF. Note that Hertz requires a printed voucher; the other seven companies accept the digital voucher from the app. The app also locates nearby rental offices, provides directions, and identifies gas stations along your return route.

Cancellations are handled within the app. Prepaid reservations require a 3-day advance notice to avoid penalties; reservations not canceled within 3 hours of arrival are non-refundable. Pay-at-destination reservations can be canceled penalty-free anytime before arrival.
