1. Travel Itinerary Management (TMS): Manage delivery routes, view real-time location data (from GPS devices or the Mobile Tracker), and update delivery statuses.
2. Maintenance Logging: Record vehicle maintenance, including refueling, servicing, condition checks, and repairs. Data is summarized and reported via the web console.
3. Mobile Tracker: An alternative to dedicated GPS devices, this feature uses the phone's GPS to track location while the app is active or backgrounded. Data transmission can be toggled. Permissions requested include constant location access for background tracking and access to activity recognition data (steps, motion) for optimized GPS data collection and energy efficiency. Data transmission frequency varies based on activity:
- Still: Every 5 minutes (Power Save Mode) or 1 minute (normal). Power Save Mode activates after 5 minutes of inactivity and deactivates upon movement.
- Walking: Every 1 minute.
