The rules of Mau Mau are straightforward and can be found within the app or at https://mauking.com/pravila-igre-mau-mau. Here's a quick refresher:

• The game begins with one card on the table and six cards in each player's hand.
• The first player to discard all their cards wins the game.
• On your turn, you can play a card that matches either the number or suit of the card on the table.
• If you can't play a card, draw one from the deck. If you still can't play, hit the "Pass" button.
• Before playing your second-to-last card, tap the "Hand" button to signal that you're about to win, which will display a raised hand icon next to your avatar.

Special cards add an exciting twist to the game:

• The Jack can be played on any card (except another Jack) and allows you to choose the next suit.
• The Eight skips the next player's turn.
• The Seven forces the next player to draw two cards, unless they play another Seven, increasing the penalty for the following player.
• The Queen reverses the direction of play.
• The Ace lets you take another turn, preventing you from winning the game directly with it.
• The Two of Clubs makes the next player draw four cards.
