IMPORTANT: The MiniMed™ Mobile app is compatible exclusively with the MiniMed™ 700-series insulin pump system, which is designed to communicate wirelessly with compatible smart devices. The MiniMed™ Mobile app serves as a secondary display for a compatible MiniMed™ insulin pump system on a consumer electronic device, facilitating passive monitoring and data synchronization with the CareLink™ system. It is not meant to replace the real-time display of CGM or insulin pump data on the primary device (the insulin pump itself). All therapeutic decisions should be based on the data shown on the primary display device.
The app does not analyze or modify the received CGM or insulin pump data, nor does it control any function of the connected CGM system or insulin pump. It does not receive information directly from the sensor or transmitter of a CGM system.
