Subscriptions are also available within the application. Upon purchasing a recurring subscription, the latest issue becomes available for immediate download. The available subscription options are:
- 1 month: UK £2.99 (1 Issue)
- 12 months: UK £28.99 (12 Issues)
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel them at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Renewal charges will be applied within 24 hours of the period's end, maintaining the same duration and current subscription rate for the product.
- You can disable auto-renewal through your Account Settings, though you cannot cancel the current subscription during its active term.
- Payment will be charged to your Google account upon purchase confirmation, and any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you subscribe to the publication.
Users can register for or log into a pocketmags account within the app. This feature safeguards your issues against device loss and enables you to access your purchases across multiple platforms. Existing pocketmags users can retrieve their purchases by logging into their account.
We recommend initially loading the app in a Wi-Fi area to ensure all issue data is retrieved efficiently.
If your app fails to load after the first install or an update, try clicking the settings cog, then 'Settings,' and 'Refresh app data.' If this doesn't resolve the issue, consider deleting and reinstalling the app from the App Store.
