Escape from Tarkov to Integrate NVIDIA's DLSS 4

Battlestate Games has announced upcoming support for NVIDIA's DLSS 4 in their popular first-person shooter, Escape from Tarkov. While specifics regarding the implementation remain unclear – whether it will utilize upscaling only or incorporate frame generation as well – a focus on upscaling alone would likely be the most beneficial approach, prioritizing performance enhancement over potentially detrimental frame generation effects on control responsiveness.

The developers are currently in the testing phase, and players can anticipate the feature's release shortly. Concurrently, ongoing efforts are dedicated to addressing existing technical issues within the game.

The team acknowledges the significant player interest in DLSS 4, attributing their progress to this community demand. DLSS technology, utilizing AI, promises improved image quality, increased frame rates, and the mitigation of certain visual artifacts.

This development, however, has generated a divided community response. While some players anticipate performance improvements, others have voiced skepticism, suggesting the developers prioritize other pressing in-game challenges.
