Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2's expansive open world begs for a quick travel option. While traversing this large world on horseback takes time, fast travel is readily available. Here's how to utilize this feature:

Fast traveling is straightforward. Open your map (usually by pressing up on the d-pad), select your destination, and press X (or the equivalent button on your platform) to confirm.

However, keep these limitations in mind:

Combat Restrictions: Fast travel is unavailable during combat.
Quest Limitations: Certain quest objectives may prevent fast travel.
Travel Points: You can only fast travel to designated towns and outposts, identifiable by a small blue icon on the map.
Time Passage: Fast travel consumes time, affecting your character's Nourishment and rested status.
Random Encounters: Similar to the first game, unexpected encounters—ranging from friendly traders to hostile guards or bandits—can occur during fast travel. You can choose to engage or ignore these, but ignoring them carries a risk of negative consequences.
