Google Play's Best of 2024 Awards: Squad Busters Takes the Crown!

Google's annual "Best of" list for mobile gaming has arrived, showcasing the year's top mobile experiences. The results are in, and the winners represent a diverse range of gameplay styles, from cooperative boss battles to lighthearted obstacle courses.

The coveted "Best Game" award goes to Supercell's Squad Busters, a tactical multiplayer game delivering fast-paced, thrilling combat. Players assemble a team of powerful heroes, engaging in various game modes to collect loot and conquer monsters.

Supercell's success continues with Clash of Clans winning "Best Multi-device Game." This enduring strategy title remains a favorite, offering cross-platform play across phones, foldables, tablets, Chromebooks, and PCs.

Many other titles also received recognition. Squad Busters secured another win for "Best Multiplayer," while the fun and casual Eggy Party earned "Best Pick Up & Play." Yes, Your Grace took home "Best Indie," Solo Leveling: Arise won "Best Story-Driven Adventure," and Honkai: Star Rail claimed "Best Ongoing" for its consistent updates.

Family-friendly games were also celebrated, with Tab Time World receiving an award, and Kingdom Rush 5: Alliance being named a Play Pass favorite. Rounding out the winners, Cookie Run: Tower of Adventures was crowned "Best for Google Play Games on PC."
